Peer-led, low-barrier, housing-focused street outreach that meets people where they are.
Food and drinks, basic care resources, trusted peer support, access to immediate housing assessments and information on health and wellness, sheltering, and other life-changing resources.
Rain, snow, or shine every Friday from 2:30-3:30 pm.
